Sêr Cariad Constellations Wales

Sometimes the difficult issue you have been unable to resolve is simply bigger than you. Issues can arise from secrets, unresolved trauma, and entanglements in your family system. Family Constellations is a unique method to free you from the damaging patterns, behaviours and emotions that you have unconsciously taken on from your family.

Systemic & Family Constellations looks beyond you as an individual, and offers a systemic view, placing you and your issue within the broader context of your birth family, current family, relationships, or your work organization. The issue you are grappling with may be systemic rather than personal, and it may therefore require a systemic resolution.

These workshops are based on the teachings of Bert Hellinger who described the work as ‘unblocking the flow of love‘, within the family system and releasing entanglements.

Sêr is the Welsh word for stars. It is the plural of Seren, which some of you will recognise as a popular girls name. it means Star. Sêr is pronounced with a long e.

Cariad is a Welsh term for Love. So Sêr Cariad, translates as Stars of Love. It’s a tad cheesy but I chose it as Constellations in families echo the Constellations of stars in the sky; and Constellations work is about unblocking the flow of love in the family system.

I offer Constellations work in group workshops and in some circumstances on a one to one basis.
