I offer face-to-face and Zoom coaching for individuals.
I also work with couples, including heterosexual and lesbian couples.
Here is a little about what informs my work.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is about exploring your issues in the very personal and individual way that you experience them. This approach helps you explore your beliefs, values, and unconscious motivations. It can help you experience yourself and your world in more helpful ways. NLP is very much about resourcing you to find the answers within yourself.
Systemic Family Constellations looks beyond you as an individual, and offers a systemic view, placing you and your issue within the broader context of your birth family, current family, relationships, or your work organization. The issue you are grappling with may be systemic rather than personal, and it may therefore require a systemic resolution.

Relationship Therapy can benefit individuals as well as couples. At the core of this work is the understanding that any intimate relationship with another arises from our first intimacy, and by that, I mean our intimate relationship with ourselves. We can only love, understand, empathise and be present with another as far as we can be present with, love and understand ourselves.
Relationship Therapy with individuals can include exploring what is holding you back from developing love relationships, what you want from a relationship and your anxieties or fears around dating or being in relationship. We can also explore problems that arose in past relationships and how you want to do things differently.
In Relationship Therapy with couples we can explore and help you to understand your own and your partners attachment style, your love languages, your values and shared purpose.
Relationship Therapy can provide you with tools to develop better communication, and understanding of one another’s needs.
Relationship Therapy also helps to explore polarities and libido in relationship.
Conscious Sexuality and Tantra both explore sexuality and relationships.
Tantra is a spiritual path which recognizes that sexuality can be one of the many paths to spiritual enlightenment. Neo-Tantra as practiced in the West is often regarded as focusing exclusively on sex and sexuality but in reality includes all aspects of life. Tantra recognizes our sexual nature as sacred, and our sexuality as our most powerful life force.
Conscious sexuality aims to bring conscious awareness to ourselves as sexual beings, and to our sexual and intimate relationships.
Both approaches can help us understand who we are as sexual beings and in relationship with others.

Non-Violent Communication (NVC), sometimes called Mindful Communication, encourages us to look beyond our feelings and emotions to the needs underlying them. NVC recognizes universal human needs, and can help us identify and attend to our unmet needs in more helpful ways. In relationships or conflict, NVC can help you understand the unspoken needs behind other people’s behaviour and emotional reactions.
