In my one-to-one work with individuals I help people with the issues they feel unhappy about or that cause them stress, such as significant life changes including relationship issues or endings, menopause, lack of confidence and work life balance. I have a specific interest in helping with issues around body size, weight loss/overweight, chronic indecision, creating new habits and increasing confidence.

Personal Development Facilitation is about helping you to love the life you live. I don’t specialise in any one issue; I specialise in helping you to understand how you do your issue, because everyone does ‘it’ be it anxiety, self-sabotage, lack of confidence differently. I specialise in helping you to understand what you are doing that is holding you back from loving the life you live.
Whatever area of your life may be causing you unhappiness or concern, Personal Development Facilitation can help you clarify what the issue might be, what matters most to you, and what could be preventing you from living your dreams.
In a Personal Development session or series of sessions, I can help you to identify the unhelpful patterns, beliefs and behaviours that are holding you back. Working with me, we can identify what needs to happen to enable the changes that you wish to make.
Sometimes life challenges us to be more courageous and resilient than we think we can be. To be more generous, kind and forgiving than we believe the grief or heartbreak we are carrying can allow us to be. Sometimes we can all do with a little help.
