A half day exploring Systemic Constellations.
If you have ever felt stuck with an issue, even though you have explored it with a counsellor or in therapy, then you may benefit from exploring a systemic approach.
In Systemic Constellations we do not look at you solely as an individual, we look at you as an individual within the systems you belong to. Those systems can be your family, (birth family, current family), the organisation you work in, even the country you live in or originate from. Sometimes the issues affecting us are systemic in nature and can be resolved by exploring and addressing the system.

Where Do You Belong?
This half day exploration of Constellations will introduce you to ‘The Field’, or the container in which we work. We will explore themes of belonging, exclusion, and place. Where do you belong? Where are you excluded? Who do you exclude? How do you know your right place?
We will not be doing any in-depth individual constellations on this day, but you will all have a chance to constellate one small issue. This is a perfect introduction for anyone new to Constellation work; and for those of you have done previous Constellations it will give you new insights.
