About Christine

Hello, I am Christine, I am an experienced facilitator and personal development coach. My work is informed by Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Parts Work, Systemic Family Constellations, Integral Relationship Therapy and Non-Violent Communication (NVC).  

I am an NLP Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer. I studied NLP with John Seymour in Bristol and have also trained with Judith De Lozier one of the early founders of NLP. I am a Professional Member of the Association of NLP (ANLP).     

I trained as a Systemic Family Systems Constellations Facilitator with the Centre for Systemic Constellations (CSC), based in London and Bristol. The CSC was formed in collaboration with Bert Hellinger the founder of Systemic Constellations work.  

I have studied relationships, intimacy and sexuality since 2005, working with many of the well-known UK and International teachers including Ananada Sarita,  Jan Day and Martin Ucik 

I also have a background in the charity sector teaching interview, listening, and advice skills, and training for trainers’ courses.  I hold a BA Hons in Psychology and a PGCE for adult education. I have also studied Management Skills, Counselling Skills and Transactional Analysis.

I am trauma informed and I work with individuals and couples. I offer a free 15-minute call to anyone wanting to explore working with me.
